Evening Respite is a recreational program that supports adults on the autism spectrum and provides caregivers with a planned break. Participants engage in social, recreational and leisure activities in a group environment, while working towards individual goals.

Weekend Respite is a recreational program that supports adults on the autism spectrum and provides caregivers with a planned break. Participants engage in social, recreational and leisure activities in a group environment, while working towards individual goals.

This new, appointment-style program provides short-term day respite for adults requiring 1:1 support. Appointments offer immediate support to families demonstrating immediate need, as well as providing interim respite care for families on waitlists for Evening and Weekend Respite. 

Camp supports individuals on the autism spectrum in a fun, safe and engaging camp environment. Campers will participate in activities both in the centre and in the local community at various parks and nature trails within walking distance of the centre.

Respite is a recreational program that supports adults on the autism spectrum to engage in a variety of activities. Participants will have exposure to social, recreational and leisure opportunities in a group environment. Respite staff support clients in working towards individualized goals and engage in individual and group activities.
