- There is a 20% processing fee for refunds for cancellation before Sept 1, 2012.
- There is a 50% processing fee for refunds for cancellation between Sept 2, 2012 - October 12, 2012.
- No Refunds will be made after October 12, 2012.
- Substitutions may be made, registrants can do so by clicking on the "Change Your Registration" link at your confirmation email.
